The History of Lansford Alive
Lansford Alive! was formally founded in 2000. The original members were inspired to create a positive force to help turn around the declining former coal town. The original members consisted of: Dan Zeigler, President, Dr. Tom Pollock, Vice President, Robert Dvorsky, Secretary, and Germaine Brunda, Treasurer. Chairs and Co-Chairs included: Steve Brunda & Robert Leibensperger, Organization Committee; Mark Sverchek & Martha Rex, Economic Restructuring Committee; Dwight Bubirth, & Suzie Milkowiek, Promotion Committee.
General Meetings of Lansford Alive
General meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of every month at 6:30PM at Cabrera's Restaurant. Everyone is welcome to attend.
